My 15 year old daughter would like to make contact with other teenagers in North Perth

Hi there. Me and my family are arriving in Perth on 1st November. We have 3 children - Beth (15), Mia (9) and Harry (4). Beth would like to make contact with teenagers of a similar age. She loves music (plays the guitar and sings), dancing, drama, the beach, parks, shopping and going on trips. We are hoping to secure a property in Currambine, Kinross, Joondalup or Ocean Reef and so if you live in one of these areas or close by, that would be ideal. I suppose the easiest and safest way for them to make contact would be directly on Facebook maybe? Could you please let me know if you can help out? Many thanks, Philip.

Thanks a lot Wendy. Have sent you a Facebook invite and I'll ask Beth to send Hannah one later. If you are free, we are going to Hillarys on sat 9th November at 12pm for a picnic and fun by the beach. Hoping that other families will be there too so might he a good opportunity for everyone to make new friends. Please let me know. Great to connect with you and look forward to meeting your family :-)

Hi phillip, yes i have seen your friend request and accepted it, we will be there if we can, hannah actually works on saturdays at jettys restaurant at hillarys boatyard, should warn you is getting madly busy there, now the weather is getting better, unsure where you would plan on meeting, as the boatyard at hillarys has a small beach area within it with a play area, but i would imagine in november it will be standing only seen as it was crackers last weekend, ( i left the girls to pick something up, and couldnt find them again amongst everyone!!) would suggest it may be better for you to plan to meet your friends on the actual beach which is next to hillarys boatyard, more sorrento really? look forward to meeting up when you get here w xx

My girl is 15, loves singing, plays the guitar, is on Youtube, Facebook, Instragram, Tumblr and Twitter. She came here at 13 and found it tough for a little while. Sure she would love to share what she has learnt. Originally from Macclesfield in Cheshire... Emily is her name, have your daughter find her - Emily D in Perth, she'll know how to track her down... :)http://instagram.com/emilyduffield#

@Ruey

Tracey, how is your daughter Elle finding Duncraig High School? We are moving to the area as soon as we find a rental property in the area and have chosen the school for our 14 year old daughter, who'll be in year 8? We are currently living in Victoria but had a reccy around the school back in May, unfortunately, it was a student free day so didn't get to see much of the school or the students, my other daughter won't start the school till next year for year 7.

We moved from Scotland 2 years ago, thou I'm English and my hubby is Scottish.

Debbie
